By downloading, installing, or using Step Task ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Step Task is a mobile application that:

Tracks your daily steps using your device's sensors (HealthKit on iOS, Google Fit on Android)
Provides daily check-in rewards and task completion systems
Offers virtual rewards that can be redeemed within the app
Includes gamification features such as spin wheels and treasure chests

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using:

Apple Sign-In (iOS)
Google Sign-In (Android)
Email registration

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Step Tracking and Health Data

4.1 Data Accuracy

Step counts are provided by your device's sensors. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of step tracking data.

4.2 Health Disclaimer

Step Task is not a medical device and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult with healthcare professionals before starting any fitness program.

4.3 HealthKit Integration (iOS)

If you grant permission, the App will read step data from HealthKit. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

5. Virtual Rewards and Points

5.1 Virtual Currency

Points and rewards earned in the App have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.2 Reward Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any rewards or features at any time without prior notice.

5.3 No Purchase Required

The current version of the App does not require any purchases. All features are accessible through normal app usage.

6. Advertising (Future Feature)

Future versions of the App may include advertisements. When implemented:

Ads will be clearly marked as advertising content
You may have the option to watch ads for additional rewards
Ad preferences can be managed through your device settings
We will update these terms before implementing advertising features

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use automated tools or bots to manipulate step counts or rewards
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the App
Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
Share or sell your account to others
Use the App for any illegal purposes

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 App Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Zhyunke and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 "As Is" Service

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9.2 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zhyunke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Zhyunke operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zhyunke regarding the use of the App.
